What we collect
Applications: your name, email address, selected role, any portfolio or reel link you provide, and your description of a project and your contribution.
Enquiries: your name, email address, any company or brand name you provide, selected budget and message. If you book a call, the booking service also processes the information you enter there.
The website uses Framer analytics to collect information about how the site is used. Please share only material you are allowed to disclose, and leave out sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use application information to review your work and contact you about potential collaborations. We use enquiry and booking information to respond to you, discuss projects and arrange calls. Website analytics help us understand how the site is used.
Services and access
Framer hosts this website and provides its forms and analytics. Form submissions are delivered by email, and application records are also stored in Google Sheets. Call bookings use Cal.com. These services process information as part of providing their services.
Within Articulate, Ryan Shah currently handles submissions and is the only person with access to the application spreadsheet.
How long we keep it
We manually review inactive application and enquiry records after 12 months and delete information that is no longer needed. This is a manual review, not an automatic deletion schedule.
Security
Our website uses HTTPS. Within Articulate, access to submissions and the application spreadsheet is currently limited to Ryan Shah. The service providers listed above also process information to provide their services.
